Absolutely love this bike and the service was great! After trying so many e-bikes, this one truly stands out. The mid-drive motor provides a smooth and natural ride without the sudden jolt you get with a hub drive. And the suspension Easily the best I’ve ever experienced, even compared to other dual-suspension models I’ve owned.
I had some concerns about the brakes after assembly, customer service patiently guided me through the testing process. Great experience overall!

First chance to get the new Brawny XM a little dirty. I bought this sight unseen, after debating it for weeks in my head against the Forest XM. No dealers anywhere near me had either one, and there's almost no online content about this bike. I hope I can help with that a little.
Background:
I'm 5'8" and 68 years old, I knew going in this was gonna be a lot of bike for me. But I ride a Honda VTX 1800F 850lb cruiser, so that's already kind of what I do. 😁 E-bike experience: 0. I've ridden a Gary Fisher full suspension 29'er for about 15 years, but my shredding days are behind me. My wife and I are retiring to the travel trailer life, I bought her an Aventon Adventure 2. We'll ride bike trails, 2 tracks, back roads, and a lot of BLM land in the west.
The bike:
I'll admit I was a little intimidated when I opened the box and put it together. This thing's a beast! Does the Ranger really weigh over 100 lbs? I bought the 17" and I can barely clear the top tube. But my VTX motto is "It's only huge under 10 mph" and that translates here. I cried a little after putting on the fenders and rack because it looks so badass stock, but it's gonna be a cruiser too so practicality wins. For now. The website specs a Shimano 10 speed, but mine shipped with a SRAM 11 speed. Bonus! The "dark blue" color is really matte gray with like 2 drops of blue per 100gal, I love it. I added Shimano dual sided pedals because I like to clip in, and not getting consistency in my foot placement drives me crazy. But now I can still ride in my flip flops around the campground. Seat's gotta go. I don't care what hard core MTB guys think, I want cush. The kickstand is not gonna hold this thing up, a breeze will blow it over. Might add some sort of rubber puck to get it to sit up higher. Just installed Basil MIK bag mounts to both bike's racks, waiting on the trunk bags to ship from Germany. That allows the bags to clip securely onto the racks without straps or bungees.
The ride:
This thing ROLLS. I started in ECO mode and I thought for sure the motor was engaged while I was coasting, but once you get a 70lb+ bike going it doesn't want to slow down. I got it to 37 mph down a small hill without pedaling too hard. The torque sensor works well in all pedal assist modes, after you get used to the half-second or so lag. Maybe this is common to all? The throttle is a little twitchy if you try to vary speeds, but just cruising it's great. Suspension is what you expect from Rock Shox, but I haven't really challenged it yet. Brakes are ok but I can see an upgrade coming there. I stopped like 5 times to raise the seat in increments, I have to lean the bike over to get on and use throttle to get going enough to clip in. 😂
Verdict:
Freaking awesome. Glad I didn't go with the Forest, the Brawny rides great on the road and has more capability in the offroad type of riding I'll do. Is it cheap? No. Did I get my money's worth? Definitely yes.
I love my NAKTO F4 ebike! It's made my life so much easier with its big cargo area. The best thing about the NAKTO F4 is how much stuff I can carry on it. The cargo area is huge! I can fit groceries, packages, and even big things like backpacks or tools. It's like having my own portable storage space.
Assembly was simple. The bike seems to be of good quality and workmanship. Be ready when the power kicks in it might surprise you

The fat tires give it a lot of grip and make the ride feel super stable, even on rough terrain. It’s comfortable, easy to control, and the build quality feels solid. I use it for both casual rides and commuting, and it handles both really well.

I have more than one of these as they are so reasonably priced. The look and feel of this bike is fantastic. It's big, so if you're good sized this comfortable eBike might be for you at half the price or less.
I used my Nakto Bikes to make deliveries in Brooklyn, Bronx and Manhattan.
Put 4,300 miles on it in two years, no problems besides a couple of flats. Still on original tires and I haven't noticed any degradation in battery power. Love this bike!
I've owned my Hammer for about 2 years and have about 2400 miles on it. Overall, I'm pretty happy with my purchase. A couple of issues to be aware of:
1) The hydraulic brakes stopped working properly after a few months and I had to get them serviced.
2) The handle bar comes loose after some riding. I've tightened it back up several times, but this keeps happening. I've even taken it to a couple of ebike repair vendors and they can't seem to fix it either. I've come to the conclusion that it's a design defect. As I said, my bike is over two years old, so perhaps they've remedied this is the latest model. I would definitely check with Ecotric on this.
First off, this is my second Seagull by Ecotric. I’ve read a lot about e-bikes and have ridden several. The list is long of what the bike has from the 1000 Watt hub motor to the hydraulic brakes to front shocks.
